How a clean environment lowers the risk of getting the Coronavirus

The coronavirus or COVID19 has been a disruptive force around the world, with people and businesses desperately searching for ways to protect their families and employees from infection. Just recently, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak a pandemic, which means we all need to be vigilant about helping to stop its spread.

ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS AND AVOID DIRECTLY TOUCHING YOUR FACE

According to a research, viruses do spread through droplet transmissions such as saliva or other bodily fluids that float in the air after a cough or sneeze, so if someone has suspected CoVid symptoms or contaminated with the virus, do preventive measures on how to avoid it. Wash your hands properly with soap, water, alcohol, or sanitizers. As much as possible, refrain from directly touching your face without cleaning it. Viruses can be wiped out if you maintain to clean yourself. Health is wealth. A simple way of cleaning will also prevent you from getting the virus.

WEAR FACE MASK AND FACE SHIELD (if necessary)

Another way of preventing yourself from getting a virus is by properly wearing a suitable face mask. Wearing a face mask will also protect you and prevent you from getting and absorbing infectious diseases, airborne germs, and viruses. There is a proper way of what face mask you should wear and how you will wear it. But since there's a huge lack of disposable face mask supply, you can still create your face mask by cutting and sewing extra cloth and attach a garter or string into two sides as an ear loop. Do not repeatedly use the disposable face mask you just previously used. Always wash your cloth face mask after use.

MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING AND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AVOID GOING TO CROWDED PLACES

Social distancing is a must even if you're inside a vehicle, in a mall, workplace, or wherever you go to avoid possible contact with the person who was contaminated with the virus. Better to be careful and cautious than exposing yourself to the threat. Avoid going to crowded places. Germs and other viruses could easily be transmitted through airborne, body contact, and droplet transmission.

ALWAYS CLEAN AND DISINFECT YOUR THINGS AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Germs and viruses do stay in a place where it is dirty, messy and its existence and survival may depend on the temperature, humidity, and what surface is made of. It is truly evident that something contaminated with the virus could pass it on, for example, if a person who was contaminated touches things such as stairs, metal grids, doorknobs, and so on, the person who is not contaminated may also be infected if it also touches the same thing (that a contaminated person just touched it) and directly touches the nose and mouth. The person who was infected may also transmit it easily to multiple people (exponential). So as much as possible, as a preventive way, avoid going to crowded places and you should clean your surroundings and maintain the cleanliness of your environment. Disinfect your things and your environment by using chemicals to kill the germs and viruses on surfaces. Throw the garbage properly and sanitize the garbage cans and clean yourself. A clean environment may lower the risk of getting the virus. It will be better to ask for assistance from an authorized company when cleaning and disinfecting your area using strong chemicals.
